Air Fryer Honey Garlic Chicken Wings

These air fryer honey garlic chicken wings are super crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and are dripping with delicious honey garlic sauce. Done in minutes in your air fryer, yielding a less greasy version of your favourite take out.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound (lb) Frozen Chicken Wings
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Water
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Corn Starch
  • ¼ teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Place the frozen chicken wings in a single layer on the bottom of the basket of your air fryer. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes. Make sure to flip the wings halfway through the cooking time.
  • While the wings are air frying combine the honey, garlic , water, ginger, garlic powder, soy sauce and corn starch in a small microwave safe bowl.
  • Whisk the ingredients well together with a fork and then place in the microwave to cook on high for 20 second intervals until the sauce has thickened. Whisk the sauce in between each cooking interval. Set aside.
  • When the 15 minutes has elapsed on the air fryer, toss the wings in half of the prepared sauce and place back into the air fryer to cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Remove from the air fryer and toss with the remaining honey garlic sauce and enjoy.
