Quick and Easy Southwest Chipotle Sauce

Get ready to slather this sauce on literally everything, because it's quite possibly the best, quick and easy Southwest Chipotle Sauce ever! Super spicy, tangy, creamy, and almost like the Subway version. Try it on burgers, sandwiches, or as a dip to make veggies more tolerable.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • ¾ Cup Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ Can Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce see note
  • 2 tablespoon White Grandulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley see note
  • ¼ Tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Put all of the ingredients into your blender and blend on high until smooth. Store in an airtight container in your fridge for up to 30 days.

Notes

No need to chop peppers. Place whole peppers in the blender with the adobo sauce. 
Make sure you use dried parsley NOT fresh
