Cuisine American, Canadian
- 6 Fresh Peaches pitted
- 4 tablespoon Honey
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Peel (optional) and pit the peaches. No need to chop into pieces as it will be going in the blender anyway.
Add the peaches and honey into the blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, add the vanilla and greek yogurt together. Stir well to combine.
Get your popsicle mold out and spoon a little of the greek yogurt into each slot. Don't fill it completely. Add in the peach puree from the blender and keep alternating between adding the greek yogurt and peach puree until each slot in the popsicle mold is full.
Cover the mold, insert your popsicle sticks (as per your mold instructions) and place in your freezer for at least 6 hours or until completely frozen.
